How do NHS members book a study space or meeting room?

Current NHS members with a valid ID card can use the NHS study space booking page. Please ensure that you are booking at the correct location for your affiliated NHS Trust.

Please retain your booking confirmation email, as you may need to present it to a member of staff.
If you cannot attend at your booked time please cancel the booking in order to release the space for another user.
You must arrive at the library and check-in within 30 minutes of the start time of your booking so that we know that the space is in use.
Please keep noise at a level that will not disturb other users of the library.
The spaces are not soundproofed and you cannot lock them.
