Can I scan a chapter from a book and share it with my students?
Sharing course readings with students is subject to copyright restrictions. UCL has a licence from the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA), which allows us to provide digitised copies of book extracts and journal articles for to students enrolled on a course. Please do this via the Reading Lists service so that the Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) team can carry out the necessary copyright checks and fulfill the CLA licence requirements on your behalf.
