There are broken links in my reading list. How can I get access to resources?

Answer

Are you off-campus? When off campus, e-resources will not always recognise you as a member of UCL. Try using Desktop@UCL Anywhere to mimic on-campus access.

If a link is still not working, you can use the “report a broken link” button on your list, and an email will be sent to our Reading List team. You can find this button under the three dots next to an item on your list. If you also provide your details, we can get back to you to let you know when the broken link has been resolved.

Alternatively, you can email readinglists@ucl.ac.uk , and a member of the team will address your query. More information is available on our ReadingLists@UCL for students guide
