Can I use the Zotero plugin to insert citations in Google Docs?
Yes you can use the Zotero plugin to insert citations in Google Docs.
The Zotero connector adds the Zotero menu and the Zotero button to the Google Docs interface.
In order for Zotero to interact with Google Docs, first you will need to authenticate the plugin with you Google account.
The first time you click Add/edit citation on the Zotero menu, you will be prompted to choose the Google you want to integrate with Zotero. Select the Google account that you have used to create the document.
After you have selected the account you want to use, Google will ask you if you 'allow' the integration, if you do, select Allow.
You are now set to insert citations in your Google documents.
Please note: you need to have you Zotero Desktop library open in order to add citations/bibliographies.
You can find more information on Using Zotero with Google Docs on Zotero's Documentation pages.
