I am trying to sign in to Explore but I keep getting the error "The login process has failed. .." so can you please advise?

This usually happens when your record has expired, so for information about access to e-resources see Electronic resources and computing facilities | Library Services - UCL – University College London, and our Membership Team can advise further if you e-mail lib-membership@ucl.ac.uk.
