Library Help

If you have an active library account, you can pay your total fines and fees online by navigating to My Library Account in Explore, and selecting the Fines and Fees tab, but please note that you can only pay library fines and fees in this way, and cannot pay for other UCL related costs such as printing.

For security, please pay online using your own personal laptop or mobile phone, rather than using a UCL managed computer.

Otherwise, if your record has expired or you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card in person, or by telephone, you can do so at the Main Library, Science Library, Cruciform Hub, Institute of Archaeology Library, or our Language & Speech Science Library, and for more information, please visit our Borrowing and managing your account page.
