Library Help

Customers with library accounts can pay their total fines and fees online at any time. To do this, please navigate to ‘fines and fees’ in your library account in Explore.

For security, please pay online using your own personal laptop or mobile phone, rather than using a UCL managed computer.

Please be aware that NHS customers paying online may need to check and re-enter their address manually when prompted to during the payment process.

Please also note that we are aware of an issue with displaying non-latin characters in the online payment portal, and advise customers to use latin characters when entering addresses where possible.
