I can't sign into Explore so can you please advise?
Answer
You can sign into Explore to manage your library account, request specific library services and save your search results.
You don't need to be signed into Explore to search for and access resources. If you are a current UCL student or staff member you will be prompted to sign into e-resources with your UCL credentials.
If you are signing into Explore, please check that you select the correct option, Current UCL students and staff OR All other library members.
For any login issues, please try clearing your browser cache in the first instance. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact us via email: library@ucl.ac.uk
