I can't sign into Explore so can you please advise?

If you are signing into Explore to request books via Click & Collect, to order material via our Interlending & Document Supply Services, or to save searches etc. please check that you select the correct option, UCL students and staff OR Other library members, and e-mail library@ucl.ac.uk with any queries.
However, you don't need to be signed into Explore to search for resources, and providing that you are a current student or staff member at UCL you will be prompted to sign into e-resources with your UCL credentials.
Otherwise, the sign-in problem may have been temporary, so trying a different browser or clearing your cache might help which you can do in various ways:
on a PC by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL simultaneously
on a Mac by pressing command + shift + del simultaneously
via your browser such as Safari by selecting "Clear History"
in "Settings" on various browsers and devices
