If your record is still active this may have been temporary, and trying a different browser or clearing your cache might help which you can do in various ways:
on a PC by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL simultaneously
on a Mac by pressing command + shift + del simultaneously
via your browser such as Safari by selecting "Clear History"
in "Settings" on various browsers and devices
