Can I book a room for a private online meeting?

Answer

We have Group Study Rooms, in some of our libraries, which can also be booked by individual UCL students.

In the Student Centre 2.02, 2.03 and 2.05 are the most suitable spaces.

You can book meeting rooms via our Bookable Study Spaces web page.

You can find a list of bookable spaces, across all UCL Libraries, via this link. There are a mix of individual and group study rooms and spaces If you click on the name of the room you will find room details and photographs.

UCL students and staff can place bookings for study spaces in our buildings for up to 7 hours per day through the booking system homepage, from 1200 hours (midday) 3 days in advance,

Current NHS members with a valid ID card can use the NHS study space booking page. Please ensure that you are booking at the correct location for your affiliated NHS Trust.

  • Please retain your booking confirmation email, as you may need to present it to a member of staff.
  • If you cannot attend at your booked time please cancel the booking in order to release the space for another user.
  • You must arrive at the library and check-in within 30 minutes of the start time of your booking so that we know that the space is in use.
  • Please keep noise at a level that will not disturb other users of the library.
  • The spaces are not soundproofed and you cannot lock them.
