I'm having difficulty accessing an e-book or chapter that I have found online. Can you help?

Answer

All books that we have in digital format can be accessed by current students and staff via Explore when signed in with UCL credentials.

If you experience issues accessing anything via this route, please contact our E-resources Team to investigate via the form on this webpage.

It is a good idea to double check that what you have found via Explore is definitely a digital version of the book and not a book review, within an online journal.

You may find that a print version of the book is available via Explore. If this is the case, you can request for a chapter to be digitised using the Scan and Send service.

Many courses also have online reading lists which provide easy access to key texts.

An e-book guide can be found on this page and you can read this Library Skills guide to accessing resources UCL doesn't have.
