What should I do about e-mails that I keep getting even though I have informed UCL Library Services that I have already returned my books?

Answer

These e-mails are sent automatically by our system, but we can change the status of the book(s) on your account to ‘claimed return’ if you e-mail lib-myaccount@ucl.ac.uk, or the library where you borrowed the books, and any fines can be waived when your returns have been processed.
