What should I do if I have returned a book but it remains on my library account or I keep getting e-mails?

Books may not be removed from your account immediately. If they remain on your account for a few hours after returning them, please speak to a member of staff at a library helpdesk or email: library@ucl.ac.uk
Overdue e-mail notifications are sent automatically by our system, but a member of library staff change the status of the book(s) on your account to ‘claimed return’.
