Sign into Explore with your UCL credentials, and search for the journal title to see the print holdings for the date that you require, and when you click on e.g. STORE Pers you should see an option for Scan & Send, although if you don't see this, click on Request Issue and state that a scan is required in the Further details section.

However, please note that this doesn't apply to any records with a Special Collections location such as Little Magazines as you will have to e-mail spec.coll@ucl.ac.uk for an appointment to view this material.
