Q. I already returned my books but they are still showing on my account so what should I do?
We are currently dealing with a lot of returns and we might not be able to take your returned items off your library record immediately. They will be safely stored for our 72-hour quarantine period and then returned as soon as possible. I have noted this on your account, and any fines can be waived once we have processed your items, so please do not worry.
Please keep an eye on your record and hopefully they will be processed really soon.
