I have difficulty finding a study space on the booking system, but there are lots of empty desks in the Library. Could you cancel these bookings to free up study spaces?

Answer

The booking limits for our study spaces are informed by a weekly review of our space capacity and the current level of demand. The aim is to allow each student as much study time as possible, while remaining under our capacity so that every student has daily access to a study space. Although many of our Libraries are at maximum capacity during core hours, we are under capacity across all Library locations. If the location that you are viewing is full, please try searching elsewhere.

If our study spaces reach capacity we will review the booking limits to ensure that there is sufficient capacity during core hours.
