Q. What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email for my study space booking?
Please ensure that you have followed the instructions available at our Bookable study spaces help page, and that the booking has been placed successfully.
If the booking has been confirmed you will have the option to ‘Make Another Booking’, and you will see the following text on the screen:
You will receive an email confirmation at [email address]. Please check your spam folder or contact the library with any questions.
If you have placed the booking correctly and have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk email folder.
Please note that if you have made multiple bookings, they may all be in one confirmation email.
