Why am I unable to 'request' a book using the Click and Collect service?
Answer
Only UCL students, staff and external users with a borrowing account can use our Click and Collect Service.
Make sure that you have followed the Click and Collect procedure as outlined on this webpage.
UCL students and staff as well as NHS and London Mathematical Society users can request 10 books at a time, and other users can request three books at a time.
Check if you have reached your maximum number of book loans or if there is an issue with your library account.
