My student record has expired but I still need access to resources to complete my work so can you please advise?

UCL Student and Registry Services are responsible for updating student records, and if you are unable to use askUCL you can email them via studentstatus@ucl.ac.uk.
However, you may still be able to access electronic resources by searching for them in Explore without being signed in.
