Library Help

UCL students and staff can place bookings for study spaces in our buildings for up to 7 hours per day through the booking system homepage, from 1200 hours (midday) 3 days in advance, and full booking instructions are available at our Bookable study spaces help page. 

Current NHS members with a valid ID card can use the NHS study space booking page, where instructions can also be found. Please ensure that you are booking at the correct location for your affiliated NHS Trust. 

If you experience any problems booking study spaces it is advisable to use an incognito or private tab in your browser, in case there is an issue with cookies.
