I'm having trouble accessing library resources online via Explore so can you please advise?

This may be a problem with the proxy server, in which case logging in via Desktop@UCL Anywhere or the VPN may allow access, and for more information about different ways of connecting remotely please see https://www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/services/communicate-collaborate/remote-working/accessing-ucls-systems-and-services.

Otherwise, trying a different browser or clearing your cache might help and you can do this in various ways:

on a PC by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL simultaneously

on a Mac by pressing command + shift + del simultaneously

via your browser such as Safari by selecting "Clear History"

in "Settings" on various browsers and devices.
