I recently changed my UCL log in details and now I can't access resources so can you please advise?
Answer
There is a delay of up to two hours when you change your password but if you continue to experience problems, access to UCL's online services including Library Resources is governed by UCL credentials and managed by UCL IT Services who can advise via itservices@ucl.ac.uk or via their chat service, and more information can be found on the ISD website.
Otherwise, you can contact our E-resources Team to report problems accessing resources.
