I updated my UCL log in details and now I can't access online resources. Please can you advise?
Answer
There is a delay of up to two hours when you change your password.
Note that some online resources have specific log in instructions. These can usually be found by searching the resource within the Databases A-Z.
If you continue to experience problems, please try clearing your browser cache, in the first instance.
If this doesn't work, please contact IT Services.
If IT Services cannot assist, please contact the Library E-resources Team and provide the following details:
- the nature of the fault
- the URL, title and name of the article you are having problems accessing
- the error message and URL of the page on which it appeared
